To return your product please send a return request first to justask bitmore.co.uk so we can issue you with a tracking number for your reference. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. The original shipping cost will also be deducted from the refund. ONLY If the item is deemed to be defective through manufacturer error then shipping costs will be refunded proof of postage and cost is required Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over euro 75 or shipping from outside the UK you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We dont guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

For any Bitmore products that have been purchased through a high street retailer airline duty free store or other seller any retailer that is not bitmore.co.uk returns and refunds can only be processed through the retailer you originally purchased the item from. Please check with that retailer for their returns and refund processes and policies. bitmore.co.uk cannot offer refunds for products not purchased directly through our website. Please do not return items to bitmore.co.uk if they were purchased from another retailer. Items purchased through a 3rd party seller can only be handled by that seller.Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
